06-05-2010 Judge order no more photos while Christie's children are in custody

Judge James Justus of Associate Circuit Judge, Division 2, presiding over our state kidnapping casein Taney County, Missouri ruled yesterday, June 4 that I am not allowed to post any more photos of my children while they are in states custody, from April 12 on.
How interesting is that given that the photos are clear signs of abuse and neglect on their part.  Is he trying to cover it up for the kidnappers who rake in 96 K per year per child they steal?  What would they have to hide?

We all know when a judge orders censorship, it is to cover up their crimes, not to protect anyone.  Protecting someone from the truth is like fornicating for virginity.

Could it be that they don't want you to see my childrens burns, their new found illnesses, their poor choice in clothing while in their care, their horrendous make up given to them by the "teachers" in charge, the lack luster in their eyes due to their mind control and drugging and forced psychiatric "treatment" which we all know is TORTURE.  Are they trying to hide the fact that my childrens souls are being ripped away in this barbaric use of forced compliance by a state that has NO EVIDENCE of the allegations that necessitated their "emergency removal" of my children while on my show April 12, which they testified to under oath in court yesterday, June 3?  Interesting that I'm still being charged with those 5 "felonies" even though the reporters denied reporting what caused them to file the charges against me almost 24 ours AFTER they came to my home without an investigation, without warrant, without indictment, without charges.  If they didn't write the reports and they now admit none of their "charges" even happened, why were they so quick to talk to the media and assist in the SPLC's slanderous hitpiece against me here and here?  And why hasn't the media continued to cover this story now that the truth is out of the bag?

You would think their admission of no such evidence, and their retraction of their initial reports would be enough for the judge to release my children back home where they belong, but instead he's more concerned with the public perception of their photos which are evidence of their abuse, neglect and malnutrition.

While we wait for up to 30 days for his decision, my children are hidden from me in foster care, being forced upon others that have been known to steal and sell children for profit.
Additionally I have no scheduled visits and to date have not been allowed to talk to them over the phone, although one of the absent "fathers" who refused to take care of his responsibilities and obligations as a father and husband, who left me for a man while he abandoned his sweet innocent little baby at birth is allowed to talk to my baby 3-4 times per week.  It is also highly suspicious that my "father" Frank Czajkowski, former SEAL, SS and high level ONI black ops trained killer has not only been able to visit them, but is the ONLY one that they have received mail from.
How interesting being that he has NEVER even written me one letter in my life, not one phone call and throughout the course of my life not one Christmas or birthday card after abandoning us when I was 3 and has refused to make any contact with me or return any emails, letters or phone calls throughout the course of my life.  This is the same man who refused to help when he learned that I was in a wheelchair, had been shot at and my children burned.

06-04-2010 Family court Update from Christie

UPDATE 06/04/2010

Family court today...Judge James K Justus presiding over this review, Taney County, Mo.  Court was moved from 9 AM, to 11 AM to which we waited until almost 2 to start.  We were kicked out at about 3:35.

The social worker recommends my children remain in their care.  The GAL recommends they remain in their care.  They psychologist recommend they be sent home to me where they belong, which is of course what I also recommended.  The attorney for my ex husband, abuser who left me for a man and abandoned us, Mr Norad who is working with my father, Mr ONI is requesting custody of both MY children.  Thom's lawyer is going to file to request that at least Amberly gets sent to him rather than foster care.  
I want this to be known, Thom would never try to take the children away from me, but he does want to start to build a relationship with her which I think is great and sincere, to which I approve.  I like Thom, he is not a stalker or government agent, nor has ever been.  However, based on the scenario, he does not have a snowballs chance in hell as he has been absent since Amberly was 1 and has taken zero interest in her life to date.  He did however raise Samantha the first few years of her life and knows Samantha much more than James, as she has only been with him once in 2007 which was their first visit together at 10 years old, his first attempt at wanting to build a relationship with his daughter.  After that visit he disappeared from the scene again, breaking our hearts again, showing us he was not sincere in his "efforts" as he did not continue a relationship with her, would go years at a time with out even an email of acknowledgment.  

Since the case worker who lied on the stand and in her report did not schedule any more visits with me and my children, based on the fact that she was waiting for the judge to decide about visitation, I was hoping the judge would come to some type of ruling today.  That did not happen.  The only "order" that came out of it was that I do not post any more pictures of my children from April 12, the day they kidnapped them to present.  I informed him that I have distributed the evidence to many people throughout the country and that I'm not the only one with these photos and documents and asked him if I was responsible for what other people posted and he said no.
I then asked if he was worried about public opinion being that it's obvious my children have declined in healthy, vibrancy and psychologically.  When asked why I would have photos of my babies online, he was informed that we are public figures and that there are 5000 plus photos of us on the internet documenting our life, our gardening, teaching others to do so, how to heal and traveling frequently to meet with many people in our sphere of influence (who has become their family) and that it was normal to share our photos on facebook.  

The judge was so overwhelmed that he needed to take another break to review the "evidence" before he comes to a decision and asked us to look for it in the mail...no time frame given.
No visits scheduled with my children and they have not received ANY of their mail since they told us we could send them mail.  She said it was all opened in a box.  I have also heard others were returned.

There is so much I want to share about the court itself and what I experienced, but I'm afraid I don't have time to write a book right now and may schedule an interview this weekend, to get it all out there or record myself speaking about it.

I was able to questions the "witnesses" and it was obvious they were lying.  I'm positive the judge saw that several times as he chastised those who wanted to object to every word I spoke and those that refused to answer my questions.  Although there were a few that he said they did not have to answer, which lead to me asking about this preponderance of evidence they claim to have.  It was clear they have none and the judge claimed the "evidence" for this case was the testimony of those under oath.  Well, then why were they not required to answer my questions.  He said it was a constitutional court and he said I have a right to a fair trial...

Since he established that the evidence being used in his determination was oral testimony of those under oath on the stand, I asked if I was allowed to testify.  He gave me the go ahead, but surprise, surprise, they didn't have any questions for me, other than softballs like, "What is your oldest daughters name?"  and "Did you call your daughters mean names?"  I did ask a few times if I could elaborate on the few questions and they gave me permission to do so, meaning that my "evidence" as the judge claimed testimony would be would be entered in to the court.

They did admit on stand that there was no physical evidence of their report they received and ion fact they didn't even know when these allegations could have occurred, they didn't know the date or even approximate date, or even the time of the call or calls, even though I had the report right there in my hand.
They also admitted that I did not tie my children up, that I never ordered anyone to do so and that my children had a clean bill of health, no bruises, no signs of physical or emotional abuse, and had come to my house based on the words of the Bayer family who also had no evidence of these occurrences.  

It was also interesting that the initial report which I got from the court written by the social worker who kidnapped my children, Emily Nichols not only completely contradicted what she said in court today, but she also refused to acknowledge that she wrote it!
They were shaking in their boots...

Interesting that I'm being charged with 5 felonies based on these lies that even the social workers testified DID NOT HAPPEN!  LOL  Hmmm.....so why did they report this in the news and even give statements to the news while the SPLC was doing their hit piece on me?  I thought I was some big dangerous racist child abuser???

So, their evidence shows I am not, their reports show I am clearly a loving and doting mother and have seen no sings of abuse or neglect, yet they still recommend they stay in their care???

I wonder how long they can keep up this charade?

Will post later about when I talk about this publicly, but I do promise it will be this weekend.  Since I'm not allowed to post any more photos of my babies on the internet, I have not been told I do not have a voice.  That being said, I am woman, hear me roar!

Just a quick update, ran over to the library for a minute while waiting for the judge.  James, Samantha's dad and Thom, Amberly's dad are both here.  I do not see my "father" yet.  They are making us wait for the end of the day, so who knows how long we will be.
James and my father are trying to get full custody of both my children.  The one he abandoned and the one he never acknowledged.  Thom is willing to do whatever he can to make sure that doesn't happen.  He will not try to take my children away from me, but if necessary will try to get custody until all this is worked out.
The psychologist in his report said the children should be home with me, but the social workers, even though I have complied with their service plan and had positive things to say about our relationship are recommending they stay in states custody and that their plan is to reunify the children with 'a' parent.  According to the info I received, James, Mr Norad is the parent they have in mind...

It is clear they have no intention on returning my children to me and at this point all that can help are prayers.  Send some loving energy to Taney County Courthouse in Missouri while I am here, please.

Don't have anything to report yet, but I will let you know when I get home.  I just didn't want anyone to worry about me not being home yet.

FST meeting (Family Support Team)

Today I met with the worker assigned to our case, her supervisor, the juvenile officer and over the phone, both absent fathers, Mr Norad being with my father, Mr black ops, secret service and ONI who has NEVER been a father, never sent me one single letter, phone call birthday card, etc with their legal representation and the facility administrator where my children are being detained.

Still no progress such as, "If you do this, you can have your children back." In fact, these "meetings" appear to be all about appearances...more paperwork, more delays and the end result is that I must wait for the judge to decide what's best for my children.

It was actually fun for me to hear my "fathers" voice for the first time in years, and it was even more fun to hear him try to lie and make excuses for him NEVER being a part of any of our lives, by choice.
It was also comical to find out that he is with my ex husband, Mr Norad whom I was married to for 2 months...both of which supposedly never knew each other and never met, but now Mr G man is here to "support" James. LOL
I wonder when they met? Hmmmm....are my claims of this being a conspiracy starting to surface???

They said the meeting was not recoded, but I suspect there may have been a little birdie transcribing the details.

I was also informed that they are actively looking for a more permanent home like setting (not home) for my babies.

Hmmmmmmmmm.................so all you need to kidnap children is a call with lies from a stalker whom we've asked these same authorities for help with, no matter how unfounded the claim is, no investigation, cops burst in your door with a social worker, hook them up with a bunch of strangers, put in a traumatic environment, wear them down, give them their first sickness while they profit on holding my children unlawfully and immorally...how long will this go on?

Family Court date is June 4, where I guess I will be able to present the info about the TRUTH, not that it really matters when you're dealing with traffickers and pedophiles pulling thew strings behind the curtain, but it does appear that the workers are starting to see that they have been had and that there is more to this story than some stupid neighbors and their phone calls...

As far as Amberly and her illness giving her a temperature of 102.8 last night, her fever is down today, so no threats of hospital visits and drugs at this time. Although they told me yesterday to bring our home remedies, they are not allowed to administer it in their current setting...LOL How hard is it to eat a clove of garlic?!?!? Is it really that radical and dangerous?
They did say that I can continue to bring them food and such and if I wanted to give them these herbs while in our supervised visits, that the worker would approve that.

The one absent father who has NOT tried to hurt us was in full support of what I am doing and our methods of healing and nutrition and made clear that he would prefer this method as well and will do whatever it takes to start a relationship with Amberly finally, AND he apologized for what happened and how and why he abandoned us...as I've said before, to his credit, he has not tried to hurt us even once and he is not conspiring with any government agents or agencies to do this to us.

My first scheduled home visit (gee, you think they would have done this before they stole my babies for profit?) was canceled by the worker today and they are changing up the days and times of our visits supposedly due to the fact that the rooms are too busy with other meetings....is that indicative of how many children they are stealing and holding hostage?

The Host of Truth Brigade radio was doing her show when she hear a knock at the door. She was confronted by a Police Officer and CPS worker. Someone maybe a disgruntle neighbor turned her into CPS.

The Police Officer thinking he was in Nazi Germany fail to produce a arrest warrant. Christie order them off her property and said she was going back to do her radio show. The Police officer tackle her and arrested her for resisting arrest.

You see the Police Officer must be part of the new crime division of thought crime. He hear Christie had firearms and Oh My God she believed in the 2 nd Amendment and the Radical right wing document called the U.S. Constitution.  She was dangerous this was in fact in the State of Missouri where the now famous MIAC (Missouri Information Analysis Center) report was exposed last year. I first met Christie at Ron Paul Freedom Festival in Sturgis South Dakota. Let see I must be a right wing extremist right. I guess I am now according to the MIAC report. I am pro Second Amendment, Good guess Ron Paul supporter, I teach Wilderness survival, and I receive Chuck Baldwin email newsletters. For 5 days we talk to with Christie played with her 2 wonderful children. I have been around abused children before this children showed no sign of abuse. They ran around playing with the other kids. The hug and kiss on their mother they ask permission to do things they help out her Mother.

No reason for CPS to get involved and I am not familiar with Missisiour state law but don't you need proof first before you arrest someone. Isn't there this detail called an arrested warrant. In Missouri do the Police don't have to investigate and just arrest people on thought crimes I am confused?

They first set Christie Bail at $50,000.00 a single Mother of 2 might as well been 50 million dollars. But it appears the at least one Judge in the state actually believe in Law reduce her bail to $10,000.00 of which 10% was needed in cash. or $1,000 dollars.
